A call for our monthly meeting for Monday JUNE 13, 2011

         TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE NEPMCC

Please be advised that our monthly meeting for June, 2011 is called as planned for Monday June 13, 2011. The meeting is called from 6:00 pm to 9:30 at the committee room N#2, main floor, Main legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto On.

The south entrance door is going to be used by the members after 6:00 pm.

Please use it as before.

This year we are participating for the 18 days of the Canadian National Exhibition at the (CNE), and we working towards organizing this event. Please make sure that the first week of August we will have copies of your publication for display at the EX.

Please make the necessary arrangements to be available as we are working towards the preparations of our Canada Day celebrations for July 2, 2011.
