UNITE & STRUGGLE TO SAVE PAKISTANBY JAZA, FREE EXPRESSION AWARD WINNER
TORONTO: Will formation of new provinces help Pakistan and the people? Yes, provided the people in the new provinces are treated as human beings, given real freedom and facilities, proper attention, adequate funds and development policies and schemes are implemented. Law, rules & regulations should be fully respected and strictly enforced. This can only be made sure with true leadership, which itself is a big question mark. Because of the cruel and corrupt leaders, who consider and treat themselves as emperors and gods, this will remain a dream for people of the rural areas. Majority of the country’s population lives in the rural areas. They remain completely neglected and exploited by their own elected and non-elected leaders. They are compelled to live like slaves, beggars and animals and in worst miserable conditions. Yes. This is the reality of most people living in the rural areas. They are denied and deprived of even basic facilities, unless they obey the orders of their masters. Everything is done according to the wishes of the masters. People are deliberately kept illiterate. Schools, health and welfare centres are turned into places for garbage dumps, horses, donkeys and other animals. The elected leaders from the rural areas remain most of the time in big cities. They and their stooges indulge in massive corruption, wine and women. This way they become more wealthy and powerful. This way they harm the urban areas and big cities as well. I wonder how Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan, Madar-e-Millat Fatima Jinnah and other central leaders of Muslim League and our elders, who sacrificed their everything, could not realize, see and understand the bad nature and character of these cruel and corrupt leaders and people? Our national heroes made a big mistake of not understanding them and paid a heavy price. One by one they were eliminated. Bengalis and Urdu-Speaking people were seen as a threat and obstacle by the cruel and corrupt leaders. In 1971, during the rule of Quaid-e-Zillat Gen Yahya Khan, Bengalis were pushed to the wall and compelled to become enemies. This way East Pakistan became Bangladesh. Sweets were distributed, people hugged each other in joy and performed Bhangra dance. This was how the break up of Pakistan was taken. After separation of East Pakistan and creation of Bangladesh, the next target was Karachi---The business centre and heart of Pakistan. In the 1960s too, during the rule of President Ayub Khan, Karachi saw worst kind of violence and killings. During this time, Madar-e-Millat Fatima Jinnah was found murdered. Karachi and its people remained a target during all decades since creation of Pakistan. The peace and beauty was systematically and cunningly destroyed. Now the killers and terrorists are roaming and killing freely. The law-enforcement agencies including Police, Rangers and Federal Constabulary (FC) are seen helpless. The deployment of law-enforcement personnel in Karachi is termed the biggest in any city in the whole world. The issue of making more provinces was being tackled smoothly but became heated when proposal to make Karachi a Mohajir Province came up. It is now being termed as Division (Dismemberment) of Pakistan Like I wrote previously: The THORN that pricks some people is not Division of Pakistan but the issue of Formation of a Separate Province in Sindh. Things can happen and happily considered acceptable anywhere in the country but with discussion and inclusion of Karachi and Urban Areas of Sindh as a topic and part of any agenda becomes intolerable and a major crime.
With formation of Karachi as a
province, Sindh will prosper and witness great development. It will lead
to prosperity of Pakistan and the people. Yes. Division of Pakistan took place in 1971. Those who are showing concern and patriotism now silently watched the Game then. The Jatteys (Duffers) and their likes hugged and congratulated each other all over Pakistan and abroad on getting rid of the intelligent and patriotic Bengalis. The Bengalis, who helped create Pakistan, were termed as a burden, traitors and enemies.
In the 80s and 90s, when I used to tour Punjab and other parts of
Pakistan, even common people on the streets used to tell me very
confidently: "We know that plans have been made to
separate Karachi from Pakistan. We know that foreign powers are involved.
We don't want to lose Karachi but are totally helpless before the
international conspiracies. Our corrupt leaders and Army Officers are
involved. We could not stop separation of East Pakistan and it will be
Karachi next. How come you, being a professional journalist, don't know
this?"
Don't get confused by the hue
and cry and crocodile tears. This is all TOPI DRAMA (Acting). Just read
the writings on the wall, understand the visible signs and remain alert to
defend ourselves against the haters, racists, creeps, killers, traitors
and the real enemies of Pakistan. Let the enemies know and understand that we will fight fiercely and bravely to defend ourselves. Don't be over confident and take us as Scared Lambs or think of yourself as Feared Tigers. Learn a lesson and don't commit the mistakes of 1971. Please let all of us live in Peace and help make Pakistan really stable and powerful.
Our elders struggled and gave
sacrifices in 1947 to create Pakistan. Now we are ready to struggle and
give sacrifices to Save Pakistan.. |
