 ETHNIC PRESS EXHIBITION AT THE TORONTO CITY HALL

                                    May 9 to May 15, 2011

Dear friends and colleagues, Sisters and Brothers in the Ethnic Press and Media:

This is my second letter to notify you of the upcoming annual exhibition of the Ethnic Press and Media, at the Rotunda of the Toronto City Hall.

The Exhibition is organized the second week of May, May 9^th, in honour of the Freedom of the Press Week declared by the United Nations.

Monday evening at 6:00 pm we are planning to have the official opening of the exhibition with a number of official invitees and members of the organization with their friends and families. A reception with food and wine would follow the official ceremonies. To this extend please mail immediately to our office at the Toronto City Hall, two copies of your publication in order to be exhibited at the event. A committee would chose from the exhibits fourteen publication, which are going to be recommended for an Award. The publishers from out of the Province of Ontario this year will be invited to our Awards ceremony on our expenses in order to receive their price.
